A class designed to strengthen your abs and core. Through a variety of effective exercises, we target both the deep and surface muscles. Perfect for anyone wanting a stronger core, improved posture, and a toned midsection.
Bootylicious
An energetic workout focusing on glutes and back. We combine targeted strength exercises with motivating guidance from the instructor, pushing you to achieve a strong back and a lifted, toned booty.


Legs, Bums & Tums
An effective workout targeting your core and lower body. Using bands, weights, and balls, we challenge and shape abs, glutes, and thighs. Exercises are scalable for all levels, helping you build strength and achieve a toned body.
Full-Body Wake-Up
Start your day with movement, energy, and a smile! This morning class combines light warm-up, full-body strength training, and stretching to leave you feeling strong, flexible, and refreshed. Suitable for all fitness levels.


Circuit Training
A full-body workout combining strength and cardio at different stations in short, timed rounds. You’ll rotate through 6 to 10 exercises with rest in between, gently challenging your body in a way that feels energizing, not overwhelming.
The pace is your own, and every movement can be adapted. You’ll leave feeling worked, awake and confident, whether you took it slow or pushed your limits.
Stretch & Mobility
A class designed to increase strength, flexibility, and freedom of movement.
Mobility work strengthens joints and posture while reducing injury risk, and stretching eases muscle tension, enhances flexibility, and promotes relaxation.


ArmStrong
A focused upper-body workout that targets your arms and shoulders. Through a mix of controlled strength exercises and motivating guidance, we shape and strengthen biceps, triceps, and shoulders.
