You’ll train with dumbbells, resistance bands, machines, and your own bodyweight.
Your coach leads every session with hands-on support so you feel challenged, safe, and seen.
Weekly Progress Check-Ins
Each week you’ll have a short one-on-one phone check-in. You’ll talk about habits, routines, and any challenges that come up. It’s a chance to get advice that’s based on your life and goals.
Simple Nutrition Support
You’ll join a weekly group session led by a qualified nutritionist. The advice is simple, practical, and made for real women with real lives. You can also book a personal consult each week if you want more tailored support.
Before & After Tracking
At the start, you’ll weigh yourself and your coach will take body measurements around your arms, waist, legs, and other areas. At the end of the eight weeks, we do it again so you can see how far you’ve come. It’s about tracking progress you can feel, not chasing perfection.
